This is a wonderful Machine-Age style table lamp designed by Enrico Tronconi , circa 1960s.
The lamp features a blown glass mushroom-shaped shade set over stacked chromed steel grills which, despite being designed in Italy in the 1960's, calls to mind Machine Age and Bauhaus design.
A great lamp for side tables or bookshelves, but would look absolutely awesome sitting on a Marcel Breuer desk.
It was produced in two sizes; this is the larger version measuring approximately 12ʺW × 12ʺD × 13ʺH.
This vintage lamp is in excellent condition with only mild typical wear from use. The shade is free of chips or cracks and the chromed steel is shiny. The lamp works as it should and the inline on/off switch works well.
