This antique table from … Read more An Italian smaller-sized wooden console table, with satin wood inlay and veneers, from the 19th century. This antique table from Italy has a rectangular-shaped top that has been beautifully embellished with decorative veneers and outline banding inlays. The apron has rectangular-shaped inlays about three sides and features a long slender drawer across its front, fitted with a pair of simple knob pulls. The table is raised upon four tapering squared legs, which continue the outlined effect down their to their feet. Please note that the veneers and legs have had prior repairs, and back legs are slightly bowed. This 19th century Italian table, just shy of 3 feet in width, is un-adorned at its backside, therefore best use would be placed as a console against a wall. See less
