A classic example of mid-century American art glass, this shapely vase features a luminous milk glass body cased in pale rose pink, crowned with an exuberantly crimped and ruffled rim that catches light from every angle.
Consistent with Fenton Art Glass’s beloved “Rose Crest” line, produced from the 1940s through the 1960s, the piece showcases the hallmarks of hand-crafted American glassmaking: a warm opalescent body, the characteristic layered casing technique, and that wonderfully theatrical ruffled edge.
