This item was brought to the United States by my grandmother in the mid 1920s. She bought it in Germany while on her honeymoon. I have been told that the mark at the bottom is a crown over CT, and was associated with Royal porcelain factories of Nymphenburg. CT is for Elector Carl Theodor of Bavaria. Marks date back from 1762 - 1794.
Piece has a couple broken petals, which I have. Otherwise it is in good condition.j
