A charming and richly composed original oil painting titled Grandma’s Churn by artist Geraldine Alloway, dated January 1966 on the reverse. This nostalgic still life captures a harvest arrangement of pumpkin, squash, eggplant, tomato, bananas, and a tall churn vessel, all rendered in warm earthy tones against a moody green backdrop.
The composition evokes rural Americana and traditional country kitchen imagery, with painterly brushwork and a soft glow that gives the work depth and warmth. Housed in a complementary distressed wood frame, the piece is ready to hang and ideal for farmhouse, traditional, rustic, or Americana interiors.
A wonderful signed and titled mid-century original with documented provenance labels on verso.
