The colors of turquoise, lime and sage green, reds, tans and ivory against a black ground is gorgeous. The show stoppers are the five pheasant birds taking flight as a sixth bird, a cockatoo, watches. The presentation is enhanced with the layering of various feathers and the hand painted colorful foliage with a bright turquoise body of water. The original mixed media painting is framed in hand carved frame, also from Mexico.
