This 19th century 7 drawer cabinet features a distinctive recessed-leg construction with a flush-panel top. The facade is defined by its original red lacquer finish on the drawer fronts, contrasted by a dark, weathered frame. Elaborate scrolling lingzhi spandrels and a deeply carved apron provide ornamental detail, balancing the piece's sturdy, architectural form.
