This 19th century console table, made from polarwood, features a 5 drawer configuration with 3 small upper drawers over 2 larger lower drawers. The design utilizes traditional mortise and tenon joinery with a wide, overhanging flush-panel top. Each drawer is accented by simple iron loop pulls and raised mitered framing. The natural, light-toned finish emphasizes the organic texture and prominent grain of the wood.
