Set of 8 tropical, light and breezy, dining chairs designed by Thomas Pheasant and made by McGuire. There are 2 armchairs and 6 side chairs.
The design is characterized by rectangular cutouts that appear on the back of the side chairs and the arms of the host chairs. They are made of double strips of leather woven on rattan and wood frames and painted white. The upholstery is light turquoise ultra suede. Lumbar accent pillows in a green tropical leaf print are included.
MARKINGS: McGuire metal tags on undersides. McGuire Furniture identified as the manufacturer on the new materials labels. McGuire logo dust cover textile on undersides.
MADE in USA around 2005.
MEASUREMENTS: Side chairs 20" x 25" x 36", seat height 18". Armchairs 25" x 27" x 36", seat height 19".
Very good pre-owned condition. All chairs are strong and sturdy and sit evenly. There is light wear on the arms and back. The legs are scuffed—see photos.
