combining a naturalistic gnarled burl root base with a geometric
slatted wooden shade. A one-of-a-kind piece typical of the Swedish
"rotlampa" tradition, in which local craftsmen shaped found tree
roots into functional sculptural lighting.

Design details:
- Base carved from a single piece of burl root, retaining its
natural knurled surface and tripod form
- Shade built from vertical pine slats with pierced circular
cutouts, backed by a woven textile liner in pale jute tone
