Large antique Japanese silk scroll painting "Cranes and the Sun". Signed, sealed and date by artist: 1895. Very well done. Detailed. Watercolor and ink on silk. Beautifully mounted on silk. Bone roller ends. Paper on back. Japan, Meiji Era, 1895. Good condition for age - clean silk mount, some age wear, creases, foxing and staining to the painting and back. This scroll can be trimmed and framed.
