A 1988 acrylic on paper landscape painting, titled Blue Ridge, by the American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). This piece features an abstracted landscape scene: a blue sky hanging over mountains in the distance and a field full of colorful flowers. Unframed, this piece is signed to the lower right and titled and dated to the verso.
Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-1990s. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, wax paintings, video art, sculpture, and more.
