Mid Century Modern walnut sideboard with bronze base and hardware, attributed to Founders Furniture.
This cabinet has marvelous lines and proportions. The doors fill the whole front and swing open 180 degrees for easy access to the interior. There is open storage with 2 adjustable shelves on the left and 5 wide, shallow drawers on the right.
The unique bronze door hardware matches other cabinets attributed to Founders Furniture.
No Markings.
Made in USA: mid 20th C.
Measures 66" x 19" x 31.5" tall.
Very good structural condition. Good overall cosmetic condition. The top is sun faded as is most of the right side panel (and half of the back). There are several scratches on the top and we have photographed the most prominent for you. The right side doors are not quite even and need an adjustment. The back upper left corner looks like it has a repair (see photo) and the right side back upper corner is chipped.
