Constructed from solid elm, this classic recessed-leg table (pingtou'an) features a flush-sided rectangular top with a natural, weathered patina. The design made from traditional mortise and tenon joinery, is accented by simple, elegant aprons and spandrels. Its circular legs are reinforced by double stretchers, maintaining the minimalist aesthetic typical of late Qing dynasty functional furniture.
