Rare Vintage 24 Carat Gold Ladies Omega Dress Wristwatch, Circa 1968 With Manual Wind-Up, Made by Premier Swiss Maker Omega. Serviced and ready to wear. The watch features a signature textured gold mesh band that is integrated directly into the case, a common aesthetic of the "cocktail watch" era with a folding, size adjustable clasp. The watch face is a pearl color with gold and black hands. Beveled glass on the rim of the glass face. The mechanism is a manual wind calibre 620. To wind it up leave the Omega pin pushed in on the clock face, and turn the pin clockwise around 10-20 times until it resists, then it is fully wound. Omega is one of the most exclusive makers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
