This is a Dresden Carl Thieme candle holder with three babies holding flowers. At least, it looks like a candle holder except the hole is too small. The center post has three babies or children sitting around it. It is marked as shown and it is a bit dirty in the pictures but has since been cleaned. I have two of these and both are new in the box. The boxes have no markings.
The candle holder (I guess) measures 5 1/8 inches across the base and is not quite 4.00 inches tall.
The babies are wearing cloths or diapers in peach, pale purple and blue and each is holding a different color flower in their upraised hand. There is a large flower between them with a smaller floral design below that. The candle holder (whatever) has a nice textured design and the hole goes all the way through.
Each is marked as shown and there are no chips, cracks, or other damage to either one.
