Offered is a set of 8 flat cups and saucers in the Anemone Blue pattern by Arabia of Finland designed by Ulla Procopé.
The pattern features broad stroke hand-painted flowers in a bright navy blue, and companion pieces with a wide trim stripe. The saucers are stamped "Arabia - Made in Finland - 12", and the cups feature the large hand-painted "Arabia Finland UP/AB", indicating early years of production.
Ulla Procopé designed Anemone in 1962 during the golden era of Finnish pottery. The stoneware series was then manufactured by the Arabia company until 1976. It consists of tableware with sturdy forms and hand-painted blue flowers and leaves.
The saucers are 6.5" diameter and 1" deep.
The cups are 5" tip to handle, 4" diameter, 2.25" tall
