It's been in my family since the 1880s, and needs a new loving home! The upholstery is only about 10 years old, perfect condition. The loveseat is a little bit wobbly, not much. My mom (81yrs old) and her friends regularly sat in the chair with no problems. The wood is slightly scuffed in places, only noticeable upon close inspection. See less
