Vintage Danish modular rosewood wall unit by Danish architect Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Møbelfabrik, Denmark, 1960s.
Floating modular 1 bay shelving system model FM Reolsystem. This system consists of:
2 Aluminium uprights 200 cm.
3 Shelves, depth 28 cm.
3 HiFi shelf, depth 32 cm.
Easy mounting with hidden brackets that fit into the grooves on the slats. When slats are hanged, no tools are required for placing shelves.
Rosewood/Palisander shelves with beautiful and expressive grain pattern.
A classic Danish piece of Mid-Century Modern design, based on the brilliant idea of a flexible bookcase that can be continuously adapted to suit current needs. Elegant and versatile.
Marked with makers label.
Good vintage condition with only superficial scratching especially to the large shelf. Tips on some shelf wings have been rounded. Light wear consistent with age and use. All surfaces has been cleaned and polished. Ready for use. This piece has an attribution mark,
