They are designed in the Regency Classical Revival style made popular in the early 1800's. Both are beautifully constructed of solid wood with an ebony and gold painted finish. There is a brass handle at the top and a brass latticework back detail. The seats are upholstered in a pale pink leatherette with nail head trim. One of the chairs maintains a maker's tag underneath from Normandie Furniture Co. Bronx, New York. A timeless vintage pair ready for a new home. See less
