This piece is a 3-seat Ascot sofa made of the highest leather quality in cognac color. Extremely comfortable and durable. Based on his age, the sofa is in a very good overall condition. Two things to be noted though: as shown on pictures, there’s a little stain on the welt (no damage to the cushions or any other part) and one of the seat shows a darker mark. All this is minimal and can be easily fixed but I still take this into account for the asked price. See less

As prior mentioned, the only thing I need to mention is a stain on the welt (cushions not affected), of course not noticeable with cushions in place, and a darker mark on one of the seat. less
