It's sheet metal relief that's been now supported on wood, for wall decor. Neoclassical in design with symmetrical composition; it features ornate pedestals/urns, surrounded with scrolls and topped with flame like finials. Flowers and foliate throughout complete the beautiful design. Touches of original blue, red, and yellow paint are still prominent against the mainly green gray backdrop. This would have been used on the lower part of an interior room wall.
