Executed in turned brass and hand enamelled, each vase is decorated with sweeping stylised floral motifs in saturated blue, yellow, red, and green against a deep black ground, creating a vivid contrast characteristic of early twentieth-century Dutch decorative arts. The form is restrained and elegant: each vase has a rounded body rising to a narrow bottle neck with a gently flared rim, allowing the richly coloured surface decoration to remain the principal visual focus. The hand-painted enamel decoration gives each piece a distinct presence, while the matching composition makes the pair especially effective as a symmetrical display. Both vases are hand signed and retain their original decorative finish. Condition is fair, with visible denting to the metal bodies, enamel wear, scratching, and losses across the painted surfaces, as shown.
