The piece represents one of the most refined examples of Salpol production, an Italian company renowned for its work with precious materials and high-level decorative surfaces, often associated with the tradition of parchment and the material research typical of Italian luxury design in the second half of the twentieth century.
The entire structure of the piece is covered in goat parchment, handcrafted and hand-polished.
