The signature and seal read “Nankei.” There are several artists who used the name “Nankei,” but based on the age of the work, it may be by Mizuno Nankei, a painter active during the Taisho period. Well done. Detailed. Watercolor and ink on silk. Beautifully mounted on silk. Bone style roller ends. Paper on back. Japan, Taisho to early Showa Era, circa 1912-1940. Good to Fair condition - some age wear, creases, some foxing and staining, clean. This scroll can be trimmed and framed.
