The contrast between the warm matte rattan and the high-polish silver terminals is characteristic of Peretti's sensitivity to natural materials and her refusal to rely on precious stones alone for effect. Dating to 1976, this is among her earliest work for Tiffany and surfaces infrequently on the secondary market.

Elsa Peretti began her collaboration with Tiffany & Co. in 1974, and her use of unconventional organic materials — wood, bone, cork, natural stone — was radical at the time and remains distinctive today. These early rattan cuffs represent some of her most experimental and collectible designs, reflecting a philosophy of jewelry as an extension of the natural world rather than a departure from it.

Condition: Very Good — wood body and silver top are in perfect condition. A small dent is present on the underside of the cuff, minor wear consistent with age . Please refer to images for reference.
