Lounge chair with ottoman from the Zen series, designed by Claude Brisson and produced by Ligne Roset in France during the 1980s.
The design features a suspended leather seat and backrest construction combined with curved black coated metal armrests. The accompanying ottoman follows the same construction concept with a leather cushion mounted on a low metal base.
The chair is upholstered in camel to cognac coloured leather. The armrests and base are finished in black. The model reflects the postmodern design language used in French furniture design during the 1980s.
