The straight backrest consists of stacked horizontal planks held within the side uprights, forming closed armrests.

Traditional joinery with pegged and nailed construction is visible, along with tool marks, reflecting vernacular craftsmanship. The legs are cut in a subtle arch at the base, giving the piece visual lightness while maintaining stability.

The surface bears the marks of time: a deep, rich patina with wear, cracks, irregularities, and traces of use. Old inscriptions carved into the wood reveal the object’s history and past life.
