Magnificent large hand-blown opaline blue glass vase, featuring subtle internal rings formed during the glassmaking process. Its elegant inverted cone shape is typical of Scandinavian design from the 1960s and 70s, reminiscent of Kosta Boda's work. The fine glass displays slight bubbles and visible movement.
Height 25.5 cm, maximum diameter 12.5 cm, base diameter 6 cm. In very good overall condition with no cracks or chips; a slight, discreet but faint internal limescale deposit. Approximately 550 g.
