"Rocket" floor lamp produced circa 1960.
The lamp features a cylindrical shade made of woven vegetal fibers, fitted within a slender wooden tripod base. The top of the lamp is finished with a sculpted circular handle, a distinctive feature of the model.
The delicate tripod base and tall cylindrical diffuser create a very elegant vertical silhouette. The woven fiber shade softly filters the light, producing a warm ambient glow typical of mid-20th-century decorative lighting.
