The shaped hinged ormolu mounted cover is superbly decorated with a hand painted courting couple in a richly gilded border, the front rear and sides decorated with landscape panels. The interior is lined with a pretty red silk fabric. The underneath bears the gilded interlaced L's mark 238 for Sevres porcelain.

Condition: In excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or signs of repair, there is a little wear to the silk interior. Please see the photos for confirmation. Dimensions in cm: Height 9 cm x Width 13 cm x Depth 8.5 cm See less
