This piece is distinguished by its curved front, punctuated by drawers with flowing lines, typical of the Louis XIV style, adding depth and character to the overall design. Its solid wood frame rests on small ball feet, reinforcing its classic appeal.

We undertook a complete restoration:

– Repainted in a deep, slightly satin black
– Waxed to subtly reveal the details and give it an authentic look
– Cleaning and restoring the brass handles and keyhole escutcheons, which add a luminous and elegant touch

The stylized star-shaped brass ornaments create a delicate contrast with the black and contribute to its unique decorative identity.

This chest of drawers will find its perfect place in a classic, contemporary, or eclectic interior: as an accent piece in an entryway, bedroom, or living room.

Some glass holes but has been treated, good overall condition, slight intentional patina and discreet signs of use consistent with its history. See less
