This special effect is due to deep inclusions of gold dust within the glass. On each side, it features generous scalloped edges of matching colored glass.
These scallops resemble stylized wings, creating an ethereal appearance. Furthermore, it was entirely handcrafted in Venice, including its wide side scallops for a truly lifelike effect. It weighs approximately 15 kg. This vase is far more beautiful in person than in the photographs. It complements all interior styles, from Art Deco and Classical to Mid-Century, Modern, and Contemporary. Its considerable size also makes it a perfect architectural statement piece. See less
