October 14, 1944, Frederiksberg, Denmark) is a Danish painter and graphic artist, trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts under Egill Jacobsen. Strøbek has produced numerous portraits, including of Queen Margrethe II, and his works are represented in several Danish museums, such as Randers Art Museum, Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, and Nivågaards Malerisamling.
