Digitally … Read more The Erroneous Intervention is a contemporary limited edition print from my Of a [Familiar] Nature series, created in 2025. Digitally hand-drawn, the work reflects on the relationship between nature and the built world, and on the ways human presence shapes the spaces around us. In this piece, I was thinking about the damage caused when selfish whimsy is allowed to interrupt a process that has its own integrity, purpose, and rhythm.

For me, the work is about the way bitter interjections can deny the teasing delight of sweet expectation. It sits in that uneasy space where interference overrides patience, and where something full of potential is altered before it has the chance to become what it was meant to be. Like the other works in this series, it reflects on the tension between the organic and the imposed, and on the consequences of intervening without care.

Offered as a limited-edition archival pigment print on paper, framed in a 2" solid white wood frame, in two sizes: 38" x 38" framed, edition of 5; and 26" x 26" framed, edition of 10. See less
