A beautiful pair of Murano glass column sconces, each composed of seven hand-blown crystal triedri - triangular prisms - in a warm combination of clear and amber glass. Housed in a polished chrome metal frame, the column form is clean and architectural: when illuminated, the prismatic amber and transparent surfaces scatter a rich, golden light across the room, creating an atmosphere that is at once dramatic and intimate.
The triedri technique is one of the most celebrated in Venetian glassmaking each three-sided prism is individually crafted, then assembled to form a unified, glittering surface.
