Museum poster featuring Model (1930/31) by Vilhelm Lundstrøm (1893–1950), from the collection of the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. Donation: Ny Carlsbergfondet.
Lundstrøm was a central figure in early Danish modernism, strongly influenced by French Cubism. He introduced collage into Danish art and later developed a distinctive style combining geometric abstraction with references to classical masters like El Greco and Cézanne. His works evolved toward simplified forms, clean color surfaces, and a balance between abstraction and figuration.
Printed in Denmark. The poster is in very good condition and will be securely shipped, carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. A great collectible for lovers of modernism and Scandinavian art.
