This is an authentic Goto piece from Meiji period. Very rare to be signed both name and silver (in Japanese) of Yokohama style. This artist is Japanese. Goto’s designs are celebrated for his intricate detailed work with flowers and/or birds. The era is 1872-1874
This yellow vase w/detailed petal work standing 10” tall and about 3.5” wide. Please see photos. There is one smaller area near the top where it shows some wear… but given the age.. it is unbelievably in great overall condition & a great piece to add to your collection.
