It is … Read more An extraordinary museum quality service in the iconic 12 sided Perl blue. This is not standard retail stock. It is verified exhibition commissioned and produced in 1942 through 1943. Feature six virtually unfindable hand, reticulated dinner plates. It includes six 29cm dinner plates. Each “hole” was hand cut into the wet clay by a master artisan, a process with a high failure rate in the Kim making these pieces, exceedingly rare and highly sought after by nymphenburg connoisseurs.

The impressed years two and three confirmed manufactured in 1942 in 1943. Finding a luxury service of this magnitude that survived the height of the European conflict is a rare opportunity for collectors.

Every piece features the green underglaze Nymphenburg crown/shield logo and the colorless impressed Bavarian shield.
