Modeled as a Scottish Highlander and companion with a dog and bird. Hand-painted in typical period colors with well-defined features.

The glaze with soft tonal variation and a slight bluish cast in recessed areas, consistent with lead-glaze pooling and characteristic of earlier Staffordshire production.

Good overall antique condition with typical crazing throughout.
A more visible line at the lady’s neck is under the glaze and original, not a crack.
No evidence of restoration. Minor kiln imperfections. Please see the pictures as they are part of my description.
