This piece, titled "Beautiful Scenery," showcases a vibrant Mediterranean terrace overlooking a coastal village, likely inspired by the French Riviera where the artist spent his later years. Medium: Multi-color aquatint etching on "Rives" archival paper (watermark/markings present). Authentication: Signed in pencil lower left; titled "Beautiful Scenery" lower left margin. Reverse includes biographical references to Bénézit (1976 edition). Dimensions: 21" x 27" (Paper size). Artist Bio: Rosenstock was a celebrated member of the International Society of Watercolorists and exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français. His work is held in several permanent museum collections. Condition: Remarkable color retention. Minor handling wear to the paper edges consistent with age; plate mark is deep and well-defined.
