Each panel is hand-crafted, featuring intricate marquetry on a black textile background. The scenes depict iconic characters from the Wayang Kulit (shadow puppet) tradition, including traditional dancers and mythological figures, set against shimmering tropical landscapes. Measuring approximately 11.5" x 15.5" each, this collection is perfect for creating a large-scale MCM gallery wall. The natural straw has a beautiful luster that catches the light, providing a texture and depth that prints cannot replicate. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The straw is secure and the cloth is crisp. To preserve their condition, these will be shipped flat between heavy protective cardboard.
