- Table is extremely heavy, sturdy and well manufactured. We purchased an aluminum center leg for additional support as the table … moreTable is extremely heavy, sturdy and well manufactured. We purchased an aluminum center leg for additional support as the table is slightly lower in the center without that support piece installed- it is included with the table. See last pic Support leg can be secured to table with screws (Provided) or just propped underneath. The aluminum support leg is adjustable and locks into place at desired height. The leg does not detract from the aesthetics with chairs pulled underneath table/ blends well with the table. The support piece is not absolutely necessary to ensure the table is functional however you may notice a very slight height difference in the center. We are striving for transparency. . As found condition - painted blue with intentional distressing. There were 2 small pieces of fretwork missing at delivery however one of the small pieces was recovered and repaired. One piece of corner fretwork missing. The table was originally manufactured to accommodate leaves however no leaves come with. Overall great vintage condition less
