This refined sideboard represents one of the finest expressions of Italian post-war cabinetmaking, combining architectural clarity with the richness of traditional craftsmanship.

Executed in a sophisticated combination of mahogany, rosewood and maple, the piece reflects the experimental and highly curated approach typical of Osvaldo Borsani’s collaborations with select Italian workshops during the 1950s.

Fratelli Turri, based in the Brianza region, was known for producing high-end furniture that merged artisanal woodworking techniques with modernist design principles. This collaboration resulted in pieces that balance structural precision with material richness.
