The hardcover book with black linen covered boards, silver tone foil spine titles, and Andy Warhol art dust jacket is published by The Collection of Fine Arts, Smithsonian Institution Washington D.C., printed in England in 1975 by Westerham Press, book designed by Derek Birdsall. It is published on the occasion of the exhibition at The Smithsonian Institution Corcoran Gallery of Art, The Houston Contemporary Arts Museum, The Chicago Museum of Science and Industry, The Grey Art Gallery New York University, and several European cities museums.
