Decorative carving includes egg and dart motifs along with grape clusters, leaves, and vine elements, adding depth and visual interest.
The original painted finish has been largely scraped, leaving minimal residual white paint and exposing the natural pine beneath.
The seats retain vintage muslin upholstery, worn, aged, and stained simply holding batting in place and secured with exposed small nail heads. The stool frames are restored, stable are ready for reupholstery at the discretion of the buyer.

All scratches, cracks, dings, and age-related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this pair of Swedish stools.
