It is an impressionistic watercolor painting of a nude woman and man seated beside one another. The woman leans gently against the man’s broad back - her posture relaxed, serene, even distant. But this piece is not simply about comfort or intimacy.

Beneath this still, visual harmony lies something deeper and more essential.

When I began this painting, I was reflecting on the invisible balance that exists in all human relationships. At first glance, the title “Trust” may suggest that the woman is the one trusting - leaning on the man’s strength. But the meaning is more complex.

Who truly trusts whom? Can we ever fully trust another? What does trust really mean?

These are the questions I wanted to explore - not to answer them, but to invite the viewer to contemplate alongside me. Trust is never one-sided. It is something we give and receive - quietly, without words, on the level of feeling. This painting is not intended to provide an answer, but only to capture the question.
