These large sculptural cachepots feature beautifully detailed snarling animal faces — possibly lions, tigers, or polar bears — rendered in a brilliant white glaze with glossy black nose, painted lash details, and soft pink accents inside the open mouth showing prominent fangs. The sculpting is bold and expressive, with deeply textured fur and a powerful roaring expression on each piece. The interiors are cream glazed.

Both pieces are hand-signed with incised marks on the bottom — one reads BERGIAS, the other bears a separate cursive signature with what appears to be a number (possibly an edition or mold number). All pieces from this estate featured hand-incised studio signatures consistent with artist or small workshop production.
