A striking, oversized urn-form table lamp in the unmistakable spirit of Ralph Lauren’s iconic equestrian and old-world interiors. This piece features a dramatically scaled, classically inspired urn with scrolling acanthus-style handles, finished in a richly aged, dark bronze-toned patina with warm highlights that emphasize its sculptural depth.
The urn body is crafted from composition material (“compo”), a traditional plaster-based medium used to achieve intricate carved detailing, giving the appearance of hand-carved wood or aged metal. It is mounted on a substantial, tiered solid wood base, adding visual weight and architectural presence.
At nearly four feet tall to the finial, this is a true statement piece—perfect for anchoring a console, library, or entryway. The proportions and finish strongly evoke Ralph Lauren, equestrian estate, and European traditional interiors, making it an ideal designer-ready accent.
