This classic fish poacher features a hand-hammered copper body with a softly aged patina, original tin-lined interior, and distinctive forged iron swing handles mounted with brass brackets.

Elegant in both form and function, the elongated oval shape was designed specifically for poaching whole fish—an essential piece in traditional French kitchens. The contrast of warm copper, dark iron, and polished brass details gives this piece wonderful visual depth and authenticity.
